About Us

Brannon’s Beads Beauty & Beyond (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells handmade items including (but not limited to) jewelry, accessories, and custom pieces. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

  • We may cancel/refund an order due to inventory issues, listing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel, you’ll be refunded in full.

Processing Time & Shipping

  • Because items are handmade, processing times vary and are listed on each product page when possible.

  • Delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Hygiene policy (recommended for earrings):

  • Due to hygiene and safety, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged/defective.

For other items (if you want to allow returns):

  • Returns must be requested within [7/14] days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging.

  • Custom orders are final sale once approved/started, unless damaged on arrival.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Cancellations:

  • Orders may be cancelled within [2/6/12] hours of purchase (before it ships/production begins). After that, we may be unable to cancel.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Packages

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

  • If a package is marked “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with household members/neighbors and your carrier first. We’ll help you file a claim when applicable, but we are not responsible for carrier delays or theft after delivery.

  • If insurance was purchased/added, claims will follow the carrier/insurer process.

Handmade Variation

All items are handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are normal and not considered defects. Photos are taken to represent items accurately, but screen settings may affect colors.

Jewelry Care & Safety

  • Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

  • Store in a dry place.

  • Small parts may be a choking hazard—keep away from children/pets.

  • Our “hypoallergenic & nickel free” hardware is selected for sensitive ears, but individual sensitivities vary. If you have known severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

Custom Orders

  • Custom work may require approval of design details (colors, size, theme).

  • Production starts after approval and may require a deposit or full payment.

  • Once work begins, custom orders are non-refundable (unless defective on arrival).

Intellectual Property

All photos, product designs, and website content belong to Brannon’s Beads Beauty & Beyond and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages from use of this site or products.
