Thank you for shopping with Brannon’s Beads Beauty & Beyond! Below is everything you need to know about processing times, shipping, and delivery.

 

Processing Time (Order Prep)

All items are handmade and packaged with care.

  • Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (unless otherwise noted on the product listing).

  • During holidays, launches, or busy market weekends, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping Discount (U.S. Orders)

  • Domestic orders $75+ receive FREE shipping.

  • The discount applies automatically at checkout when your cart subtotal reaches $75 or more (before taxes).

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship within the United States using standard carrier services (typically USPS).

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are the standard rate for domestic shipments at $7.99 unless you meet the $75 threshold for free shipping. Shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout

 

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

 

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss. If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help you locate it with the carrier.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The order #
