What are your items made from?

Most items are handmade and may include polymer clay, resin, beads, polyester yarn and other durable materials. Hardware is chosen to be lightweight, hypoallergenic & nickel free whenever possible. If you have severe allergies, message us before ordering so we can help.

Are your earrings heavy?

No—my earrings are designed to be lightweight so they’re comfortable for everyday wear.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (unless otherwise noted on the product listing). During holidays, launches, or busy market weekends, processing times may be slightly longer.

How much is shipping?

U.S. shipping is $7.99 flat-rate, and orders $75+ ship FREE (before taxes). The free shipping discount applies automatically at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! International delivery is typically 7–10 business days after your order ships, but timing can vary due to customs and local carriers.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes—once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information (when available).

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on most items, except:

  • Earrings (final sale due to hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Blankets

To start a return request, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are considered only if your item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item (and packaging if applicable). If approved, we’ll replace the item or offer shop credit if a replacement isn’t available.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right!

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

What if my package says “Delivered” but I don’t have it?

Check with household members/neighbors and around your delivery location first. If it still can’t be found, contact us and we’ll help you work with the carrier. Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we are not responsible for theft or loss.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! Submit a request through our Get a Quote form. Include your theme/colors, quantity, deadline, and any inspiration photos so we can give the most accurate quote.

How long do custom orders take?

Turnaround depends on the size of your request and current order volume. We’ll confirm an estimated timeline when we send your quote. Holidays and market weekends may extend turnaround time.

Will my handmade item look exactly like the photo?

Because each piece is handmade, small variations in color, texture, and pattern placement are normal and part of what makes your item unique. Colors may also look slightly different depending on screen settings.

How do I care for my jewelry?

  • Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals

  • Store in a dry place

  • Handle gently and don’t bend resin/clay pieces

  • Do not wear at night (helps protect the piece and your ears)
